Danskar frikadellur

500 gr svínahakk,
2 egg,
2 kúfaðar msk hafragrjón,
2 kúfaðar msk hveiti,
1 rifinn laukur eða nota laukduft.
3 dl mjólk.
Salt og pipar e. smekk.

Öllu hrært vel saman og mótaðar litlar bollur,steiktar vel á öllum hliðum. (má frysta)
