Kotasælubollur Sollu

6 tsk vínsteinslyftiduft
3 dl vatn
2 dl kotasæla
8 dl spelt
1 dl náttúrunnar 5 korna blanda, eða hveitikím
2 msk matarolía

Öllu hrært saman.  Mótaðar bollur úr deiginu (sesamfræ sett ofan á ef vill)
Bakað við 225°C í 15 mín í miðjum ofni.
