Bananabrauð

1 egg
150 gr sykur
2 þroskaðir bananar
250 gr hveiti
½ tsk matarsódi
1 tsk salt

Stappar bananana, blandar öllu saman, setur í aflangt form og bakar við 180°C í ca 45 mínútur eða þar til prjónn kemur hreinn upp þegar er stungið í.
