½ bolli mascarpone eða rjómaostur
½ bolli sigtaður sykur
þeyttur rjómi eftir smekk

Blandið öllu saman í matvinnsluvél og berið fram með jarðarberjum, hindberjum og söxuðum pistasíu hnetum
